Hey there.  Did you ever get a response from the circle about them allowing their works on the english site?  I've been checking back here every day or two but no luck so far.  If they are simply refusing could you offer me any advice on how to acquire their works by any other means?

Hi, we are sorry but DLsite.com does not have a forum for Japanese customers. Instead, they have the blog feature for circles.
2ch is a very popular forum site in Japan there are boards specially for circles or for eroge fans (or whatever subject), but it may be too tricky if you are not very good speaker of Japanese...

    I'm both a creator and a frequent customer at dlsite.com.  I speak a good amount of Japanese and would like to connect with Japanese language fans of Eroge.  Is there a Japanese language forum for DLsite or is the english forums the only ones?  I've looked around the Japanese language version of dlsite.com quite a bit and haven't found a link to any forums so I thought I'd ask here.
